Once the order has been confirmed and payment received, we will despatch the order within 48 hours. Deliveries within the greater Cape Town area will be delivered within 24 hours, Gauteng within 48 hours and the rest of the country between 3 and 6 days.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made and processed but before the order has been shipped, we will refund you in full.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, processed and despatched, there will be a 10% handling fee charged as well as the full cost of the courier/delivery
Products and Availability
Please note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. The websites will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that special offers are brought to an end when stock runs out. If it happens that we are unable to fulfill any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out, we will inform you via email and you will be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value you have paid for the product.
Refund and Return Policy

On receipt of your order:
Should there be damaged goods when you receive your order, please return the goods with the courier or contact our office and we will arrange the courier to uplift and either credit you or send you a replacement order. Damaged Goods/Quality Issues
Store damages – unfortunately we cannot be held liable for goods damaged in stores and we will NOT accept these back and will not pass a credit
